Option 2: Beef Cattle. We eat beef every day, might as well know why its killing us.
Beef Cattle is a growing industry throughout the world, and Australia is
playing a major part in this, while beef is quickly becoming one of our major industries itself.
In 2000-01, there were 35,000 establishments whose main income was derived
from beef cattle farming (25% out of a total of 140,000 establishments with an estimated value of agricultural operations
(EVAO) equal to or greater than $5,000). There were another 25,000 establishments (18%) whose main income involved significant
contributions from beef cattle combined with grain growing and/or sheep farming. *Source: Australian Bureau of Statistics*
